The Timberland Stone Heights Mid Boot is designed for adults seeking a blend of classic heritage style and modern aesthetic elevation. It offers the key benefit of enhanced comfort through memory foam technology and arch support, though users should be aware that the elevated block heel requires a period of adjustment for those accustomed to flat footwear.

While the premium leather offers some resistance to the elements, these boots are not explicitly labeled as waterproof; we recommend applying a leather protectant spray.
Yes, the OrthoLite Impressions memory foam is designed to retain its cushioning properties over extended periods of use.
Spot clean the interior lining with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the boot to ensure the leather remains unaffected.
Yes, the laces can be replaced with any standard boot lace if they show signs of wear, though the included recycled PET laces are quite durable.
The OrthoLite footbed is designed for comfort, but it can typically be removed if you prefer to use your own custom orthotic inserts.
The steel shank provides rigid support under the arch of the foot, which helps to maintain the shape of the boot and prevent arch strain during long walks.
Loosen the laces significantly starting from the bottom eyelets to relieve pressure before re-tying them comfortably.
Ensure the footbed is properly seated inside the boot. If the sound persists, ensure the tongue is centered and not rubbing against the eyelet hardware.
Apply a high-quality leather cream or conditioner specifically designed for premium leather footwear to restore moisture and luster.
Because these are lace-up boots, ensure you adjust the lacing tension from the bottom up to achieve a secure fit that does not pinch the bridge of the foot. For compatibility, these boots pair well with denim, leggings, or casual trousers due to their neutral beige finish. To care for your Stone Heights boots, use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt after each wear. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking. Applying a leather conditioner periodically will help maintain the suppleness of the material and keep the water-repellent properties of the exterior in top condition.
