While crafted from premium leather that offers some natural resistance, they are not classified as waterproof boots.
The OrthoLite Impressions footbed is designed for comfort, but if you require custom orthotics, they can typically be swapped if the footbed is removable.
Wipe them with a clean, dry cloth to prevent oxidation and avoid contact with harsh chemicals.
Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away surface dirt and follow with a leather conditioner to keep the material supple.
The Stone Heights series has a standard fit. If you have wide feet, you may want to consider sizing up or testing them with thinner hosiery.
Typically, leather boots require 3 to 5 days of regular wear to conform to the unique shape of your foot.
Wear them for short periods around the house with thick socks to gently stretch the leather.
Use a stiff-bristled brush or a toothpick to carefully remove gravel or hardened mud from the treads.
Apply a small amount of black leather polish or cream to a soft cloth and buff the affected area in circular motions.
To ensure your Stone Heights boots last, apply a leather protector spray immediately after purchase to guard against moisture and stains. When storing, use a shoe tree or stuffed paper to help the boot maintain its structure. If the leather becomes scuffed, use a high-quality black shoe cream to buff the area. Clean the soles periodically with a soft brush to remove debris from the lug pattern, which keeps the traction effective. Ensure the laces are securely tightened to prevent heel slippage; because the laces are made from recycled materials, avoid using harsh industrial cleaners on them to prevent fiber degradation.
