Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight or uncomfortable.

Ensure you have the correct size. Loosen the laces and re-tie them, adjusting the tightness to a comfortable level. The floating tongue and lace closure allow for fine-tuning the fit.

Traction is poor on the pitch.

Confirm you are playing on a firm ground surface. Ensure the studs are clean and free from mud or debris, which can affect grip. If the studs are significantly worn, replacement may be necessary.

Shoelaces keep coming undone.

Ensure laces are tied securely with a double knot if necessary. Check laces for wear and tear; frayed laces may be more prone to coming undone.

Soleplate or studs appear damaged.

Inspect the soleplate and studs for any cracks or significant wear. If damage is found, discontinue use to avoid injury and consult the retailer for potential warranty claims or replacement options.
