It is generally recommended to hand clean your trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials and the adhesives used in the sole construction.
Yes, they generally follow standard UK athletic sizing. If you prefer extra room for thicker socks, consider a half-size up.
While durable, the Runfalcon 5 is categorized as a general-purpose trainer. Serious long-distance runners may prefer specialized marathon footwear.
The mesh upper is designed for breathability and is not waterproof. They are best suited for dry or light-weather conditions.
The Adiwear outsole is engineered to provide high-abrasion resistance, making the sole last significantly longer even with regular use on hard surfaces.
Use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent to spot clean the area, then rinse with a clean cloth.
This is normal wear for EVA-based foam. Ensure you are rotating your shoes to allow the foam to decompress between uses.
To ensure your Runfalcon 5 trainers last as long as possible, remove the laces and inserts before cleaning. Use a mild soap and a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the mesh upper, avoiding harsh chemicals that may degrade the synthetic fabrics. Air dry your shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to maintain the structural integrity of the foam midsole. Ensure you select the correct UK size, as the fit is consistent with standard athletic sizing.
