The Adidas Runfalcon 5 is an ideal choice for adults seeking a versatile, everyday training shoe that balances stability with comfort. These trainers feature a breathable mesh upper and responsive Cloudfoam cushioning, making them perfect for light exercise or daily walking. While they excel in comfort and durability, users should note that they are specifically engineered for general fitness and casual training rather than high-performance professional racing.

The Runfalcon 5 is designed for everyday training and general fitness. While they are comfortable for shorter runs, they are not specifically optimized for professional long-distance racing.
Adidas generally fits true to size. We recommend measuring your foot while standing and comparing it to the size guide to ensure adequate space in the toe box.
Yes, the sockliner is removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if preferred.
It is not recommended to put them in the washing machine, as high heat and agitation can damage the structural integrity and adhesives. Spot cleaning is the best practice.
Cloudfoam is engineered for resilience. However, like all cushioning materials, its performance will vary depending on frequency of use and the surface type.
Use a double-knot or ensure the laces are pulled evenly from the bottom eyelets to the top.
Remove the sockliner, ensure there is no debris under it, and reinsert it so it lies perfectly flat against the base.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt before wiping with a damp cloth.
Getting started with your Runfalcon 5 trainers is simple: ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension upon first wear to allow for foot swelling during exercise. For maintenance, keep the breathable mesh clean by wiping it with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents. To ensure the longest lifespan for the cushioning, store them in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight when not in use. Given the neutral design, they pair well with standard athletic apparel, from leggings to casual joggers.
