FAQs
Should I buy my regular size?
No, the Runfalcon 5 runs small. It is recommended to purchase one size larger than your standard shoe size.
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes as it can damage the cushioning materials and adhesives. Use hand-cleaning methods instead.
What is the primary surface for these shoes?
They are designed primarily for road running, tracks, and indoor gym surfaces.
What does the 9mm drop mean?
The 9mm drop refers to the difference in height between the heel (31mm) and the forefoot (22mm), which helps transition the foot smoothly during a stride.
Does the shoe provide arch support?
The included OrthoLite sockliner provides basic comfort, but if you have specific medical needs for arch support, you may consider replacing it with an aftermarket orthotic insole.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight across the midfoot
Adjust the lace tension by loosening the laces starting from the eyelets closest to the toes to provide more volume.
Foot slipping inside the shoe
Ensure the laces are securely fastened using a runner's loop at the top eyelet to lock the heel in place.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience with the Runfalcon 5, start by verifying your fit; because the shoe has a snug silhouette, we strongly advise ordering one full size larger than your standard shoe size.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe off loose mud or dirt after each run using a soft brush or dry cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; do not submerge in water.
- Always air dry your shoes at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, as excessive heat can warp the materials.
- Remove the OrthoLite sockliner occasionally to allow it to air out separately to maintain freshness.
