HeatGear® is Under Armour's original base layer. It's designed to keep athletes cool, dry, and light. The fabric is super-light, breathable, and dries fast, making it ideal for warmer temperatures or intense workouts.
No, these specific gym shorts do not feature pockets. They are designed with a streamlined fit for athletic performance.
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart for women's apparel. These shorts have a close fit, so consider your preferred fit when selecting your size.
Yes, the lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking fabric, along with the chafe-free seams, makes them suitable for running, especially in warm conditions.
While they offer some breathability, HeatGear® is primarily designed for warm temperatures or to be worn as a base layer in cooler conditions for moisture management. For very cold weather, consider cold-weather gear.
4-way stretch means the fabric can be stretched and recovered both horizontally and vertically. This allows for greater freedom of movement in all directions during physical activity.
Machine wash cold with like colors, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low. Do not iron or dry clean. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce the moisture-wicking properties.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. The HeatGear design is intended to be close-fitting. If a looser fit is desired, consider sizing up or exploring other product lines.
Check that fabric softeners were not used during washing, as they can impede moisture-wicking. Ensure the garment is washed according to care instructions.
Verify the seams are lying flat against the skin. The ergonomic flatlock seams are designed to prevent chafing, but ensure the fit is correct for your body.
These shorts require no setup as they are ready to wear immediately upon purchase. They are compatible with most athletic wear and footwear. To maintain their performance and longevity:
