The Regatta Lofthouse Padded Jacket is a versatile, stylish outerwear solution designed for active kids who need reliable warmth during school days and outdoor play. Featuring insulating padding and a water-repellent finish, it provides excellent protection against cooler conditions while maintaining a lightweight feel; however, it is designed for water resistance rather than full waterproof submersion.

It features a water-repellent finish designed to shed light rain, but it is not classified as waterproof for heavy or sustained downpours.
It provides good insulation for cool weather, but for deep winter temperatures, we recommend layering it over a thermal base layer.
The jacket follows standard UK children's sizing; if you prefer room for thick sweaters underneath, consider sizing up.
No, the hood is integrated into the design for added weather protection.
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle, and always avoid fabric conditioners to preserve the outer performance fabric.
The jacket uses a synthetic polyester insulation designed for warmth and lightweight performance.
The water-repellent finish may have worn off. Apply a wash-in or spray-on DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment.
During the drying process, add a few clean tennis balls to the dryer to help fluff the insulation and redistribute the fill.
To keep the jacket in top condition, machine wash it on a gentle, cool cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can strip away the water-repellent coating. When drying, tumble dry on a low setting or air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the padding from clumping. If the water-repellent properties begin to fade over time, you can refresh the finish with an aftermarket spray-on garment treatment.
