While made of leather, they are not explicitly marketed as waterproof. We recommend using a leather-safe water repellent spray if you plan to wear them in wet conditions.
Use warm water, a mild soap, and a scrub brush to remove debris or salt buildup from the grooves of the outsole.
The OrthoLite Impressions footbed is designed to be integrated into the shoe's comfort system. It is best to use them as provided.
The fit is standard, but the leather will naturally stretch to accommodate the shape of your foot with consistent wear.
These boots are constructed primarily from premium leather with a durable rubber outsole.
Apply a small amount of beeswax or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth and run the zip up and down several times.
Wear the boots with thicker socks for short durations at home to help stretch the leather naturally.
These boots arrive ready to wear, though it is recommended to wear them around the house for short periods to break in the leather. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove loose dirt and a leather cleaner or conditioner periodically to maintain the suppleness of the material. Avoid direct heat sources when drying if the boots get wet, as this can crack the leather. Ensure you match the UK sizing standard of 5 appropriately with thin to medium-weight socks for the best fit.
