Mylands Stockwell Green 203 is a sophisticated, versatile avocado green paint designed for homeowners and designers seeking a natural, uplifting aesthetic that bridges the gap between Georgian dark tones and modern vibrancy. Featuring subtle undertones of umber and a hint of yellow, it offers a clean, professional finish that works equally well in traditional homes or contemporary spaces; however, users should ensure they select the specific finish (such as Eggshell, Gloss, or Dead Matt) that aligns with their chosen surface and durability requirements.

Yes, provided you select a finish that is moisture-resistant, such as the Eggshell or a specifically formulated moisture-resistant emulsion if available.
Yes, the multi-surface gloss variants are durable enough for wooden furniture and architectural detailing.
Dead Matt is best for walls where you want to hide imperfections and create a soft look. Satin or Gloss is better for wood, trims, or floors requiring durability.
For raw wood or fresh plaster, a primer is always recommended to ensure optimal adhesion and finish uniformity.
Usually, two coats provide full coverage and the intended depth of color, depending on the surface color underneath.
Ensure the surface was primed properly and apply a second coat once the first is completely dry.
Use a high-quality synthetic brush for water-based paints and maintain a 'wet edge' while painting to allow the paint to level out.
Check that the surface was thoroughly cleaned and sanded to remove grease or loose debris before starting.
To achieve the best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris before application. For new plaster or wood, apply a suitable primer to ensure color consistency and longevity. Stir the paint thoroughly before use to ensure the pigments are evenly dispersed. When using multi-surface products, follow the drying times specified on the specific container label—typically ranging from 2 to 4 hours between coats. For maintenance, a soft, damp cloth is usually sufficient to clean painted surfaces, though harsher chemicals should be avoided to preserve the integrity of the finish.
