Full details

This set of 2 TruGlow® Grey Twist LED Pillar Candles is designed for individuals seeking to add stylish, flameless illumination to their home decor, particularly in neutral settings. The key benefit is the realistic flickering LED flame combined with the convenience of a remote control and timer, offering ambiance without the fire hazard. FAQs

Are these candles safe to use around children and pets?

Yes, as these are LED candles, they do not produce a real flame, making them a safer alternative to traditional wax candles around children and pets.

How long do the batteries typically last?

Battery life can vary depending on usage and battery quality. Typically, with moderate use and the timer function, AA batteries in the candles can last for many hours of illumination. The included AAA batteries for the remote should last a considerable time due to infrequent use.

Can I use these candles outdoors?

No, these candles are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather, moisture, and extreme temperatures outdoors can damage the product and affect its performance.

What is the difference between the large and medium candle dimensions?

The large candle measures 20cm in height and 5.4cm in diameter, while the medium candle measures 17.5cm in height and 5.4cm in diameter.

Do I need to buy batteries separately?

Yes, you will need to purchase 2 x AA batteries for each candle separately. The remote control comes with 2 x AAA batteries included.

Can the timer function be customized?

The timer function is pre-set to operate for 6 hours. There is no option to adjust this duration.

Can these candles be used with other remote controls?

These candles are designed to work with the specific remote control provided in the set. Compatibility with other remotes is not guaranteed.

Troubleshooting

Candles do not turn on.

Ensure that fresh AA batteries are correctly installed in each candle and that the candle switch is set to 'on'. Check the remote control batteries if using remote operation.

Remote control is not working.

Verify that the remote control has working AAA batteries and that the candles' switches are set to 'on'. Ensure you are within range of the candles.

Candles flicker erratically or turn off unexpectedly.

This may indicate low battery power. Replace the AA batteries in the candles. If the issue persists, ensure the candles are not near a strong heat source which could affect the wax.

Candles appear to be melting.

Immediately remove the candles from direct sunlight or any heat source. Relocate them to a cooler, shaded area. Avoid using them in environments that exceed room temperature significantly.
