Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Loosen laces fully before putting on the boots.
- Fit: Slide your foot in, ensuring your heel is comfortably seated. The mesh upper is designed for an adaptive fit.
- Tighten: Start tightening the laces from the bottom upwards, ensuring an even, snug fit without being overly restrictive. Double-knot for security.
- Break-in: New boots require a short break-in period. Wear them for light training sessions or walks before competitive matches to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
Compatibility
These boots feature an `FG/AG` outsole, meaning they are designed for optimal performance on:
- FG (Firm Ground): Natural grass pitches that are dry and firm.
- AG (Artificial Ground): Modern synthetic turf pitches.
*Avoid using on very soft, muddy natural grass (SG) or abrasive asphalt/indoor surfaces (TF/IN) to prevent damage and ensure proper traction.*
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and grass with a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth. For stubborn mud, use mild soap and water.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight or artificial heat sources (like radiators), as this can cause materials to harden, crack, or shrink. Stuffing with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. A boot bag can protect them during transport.
- Inspection: Regularly check studs for wear or damage, especially when playing on artificial ground, which can be harder on the outsole.
