No, the Wallabee Lite boots are made of suede and are not waterproof. Use a suede protector spray to provide a basic level of water resistance.
While the lightweight design makes them comfortable out of the box, the suede material will soften and mold better to your specific foot shape after a few wears.
The Lite series features a modified EVA sole and internal cushioning system that makes the shoe significantly lighter and more ergonomic than the original classic version.
Yes, the foam footbed can typically be removed or replaced if you need to insert your own orthotics.
Use a brush designed for suede to remove surface debris. For stubborn stains, use a suede cleaner specifically formulated for coloured suede.
Clarks generally follow standard UK sizing. If you have particularly wide feet, you may find the suede material offers some natural give.
Use a specialized suede brush or a clean eraser to gently rub the affected area to lift the nap and restore the texture.
Ensure the laces are threaded tightly through all eyelets and consider using a double knot if the provided laces are slippery.
Remove the foam footbed and allow it to air out for 24 hours to recover its shape; if worn out, consider replacing with a compatible aftermarket insole.
To ensure your Clarks Wallabee Boots remain in top condition, it is recommended to apply a suede-specific water and stain repellent spray before the first wear. Since suede is sensitive to moisture, avoid wearing these boots in heavy rain or deep snow. To clean, use a soft suede brush to gently lift dirt and restore the nap of the material. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the blue colour. The included extra set of flat laces can be swapped in by simply unthreading the flecked round laces and feeding the flat ones through the eyelets from the top down.
