The Under Armour Heatgear Performance Gym Shorts are engineered for active women who prioritize mobility and a streamlined fit during high-intensity training sessions. Featuring signature HeatGear technology, these shorts sit close to the body to follow natural contours, providing a supportive feel that handles movement without bunching or restriction. While these shorts excel in performance, their slim, body-hugging design may feel too tight for those who prefer a loose or relaxed aesthetic.

Yes, the HeatGear material is moisture-wicking and lightweight, making it great for running, though some runners prefer slightly longer inseams for thigh coverage.
The slim fit means the shorts are designed to hug your body closely; if you are between sizes, you might prefer sizing up for extra room.
It is recommended to hang dry to preserve the technical integrity of the fabric and the elasticity of the fit.
Yes, they are designed as performance gym gear and are built to be opaque during standard athletic movements.
These specific shorts are a size Medium (UK 12); refer to the Under Armour sizing chart for your waist and hip measurements to ensure the best fit.
Ensure the shorts are pulled up correctly at the waist; if discomfort persists, you may require a larger size for your specific body type.
Avoid using fabric softener in the wash, as it coats the technical fibers and prevents the moisture-wicking technology from functioning.
To ensure the longevity of your Heatgear shorts, wash them in cold water with similar colors and avoid using harsh fabric softeners, which can degrade the performance fibers. Hang drying is recommended to maintain the fabric's elasticity and shape. These shorts are designed as a standalone performance layer but can be paired with compression tops or tank tops to complete your workout ensemble. Ensure you select your correct size (UK 12/Medium) to maximize the intended slim-fit benefit without compromising comfort.
