While it offers shade, the cotton canopy is best protected from heavy rain. It is recommended to close and store the parasol during inclement weather to maintain its condition.

No, a base or stand is not included. A suitable base must be purchased separately to ensure stability.

Each parasol is individually handcrafted, resulting in unique variations in finish and pattern, reflecting authentic artisanal character.

The colour family is Blue, specifically a striking turquoise hue.

Check for any obstructions around the pole or canopy. Ensure the locking mechanism is disengaged correctly before attempting to open. Gently try to ease it open, avoiding force.

Spot clean gently with a mild detergent and water. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy rain. Consider using a protective cover when not in use.

Apply a small amount of natural wood oil or polish to the wooden parts to maintain their finish and prevent drying. Wipe away any excess.

Ensure the parasol is in a suitable base with adequate weight. Check that the pole is securely fastened within the base.
