Yes, it is designed for high-mileage road running, making it a suitable candidate for training and completion of long-distance events.
While primarily a road running shoe, the stable base makes them suitable for moderate gym work, though they are not designed for heavy weightlifting.
It is generally recommended to replace running shoes every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The shoe features a neutral design that provides standard arch support suitable for most runners without requiring corrective orthotics.
The upper is designed for breathability rather than water resistance, so it may soak through in heavy rain.
Ensure the laces are tied with a secure but non-constricting fit; consider checking the lacing pattern to adjust pressure points across the top of the foot.
Clean the outsole with warm water to remove accumulated dirt or grease that may interfere with the rubber's natural grip properties.
Remove the insole and ensure it is fully dry and properly seated against the midsole before starting your run.
For the best performance, ensure you are wearing the correct size for your foot width to maximize the benefit of the engineered mesh upper. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing or drying, which can damage the foam properties and structural integrity of the shoe. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt. If the shoes become wet, remove the insoles and air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material degradation. Periodically check the outsole for debris lodged in the tread to maintain optimal traction.
