For the best performance, ensure the laces are adjusted to provide a snug, secure fit across the midfoot without restricting circulation.
Care Instructions:
- Remove mud or surface debris with a soft brush after every run.
- If the shoes become wet, air-dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Replace the shoes every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and intensity, to ensure the cushioning remains effective.
- Keep the OrthoLite sockliner clean; if odors develop, remove and wash with mild soap and cold water before air-drying completely.
