The adidas Ultrarun 5 trainers are designed for adult male runners looking for a reliable, everyday shoe that balances comfort with responsive performance. With a focus on breathability and cushioned support, these trainers are ideal for both track training and pavement pounding; however, potential buyers should note that they are specifically engineered for running rather than high-intensity lateral gym movements.

The Ultrarun 5 offers neutral support. If you require specific arch correction, consider using custom orthotic insoles.
Yes, the durable outsole and breathable mesh perform well in indoor treadmill environments.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The Ultrarun 5 generally fits true to standard UK sizes. If you prefer to wear thicker running socks, you may consider sizing up by a half size.
No, the trainers feature a breathable mesh upper designed to allow airflow, meaning they are not waterproof.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a 'parallel' or 'gap' lacing style to relieve pressure while maintaining a secure hold.
Use the extra eyelet at the top of the lacing system to create a 'runner's loop' or heel lock for better lockdown.
Clean the outsole with warm water and a light detergent to remove accumulated debris or rubber slick, then dry thoroughly.
To ensure the best fit, verify your sizing against the standard UK adult measurement, as running shoes should typically allow for a thumb's width of space at the toes. For maintenance, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after each run. If the trainers become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as excessive heat can degrade the cushioning foam. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the structural integrity of the mesh and the bonding agents.
