This jacket is designed for kids, suitable for various ages depending on the size selected. Check the size guide for specific age ranges.

No, the Hanleigh jacket features a grown-on hood, meaning it is permanently attached to the jacket.

The jacket can be cool machine washed. It is recommended to check the care label inside the garment for the most precise instructions, and to avoid using fabric softeners.

Isotex 15000 refers to the jacket's waterproof and breathable rating. It indicates a hydrostatic head of 15,000mm (waterproofness) and a breathability rating suitable for active wear.

The jacket provides waterproof and windproof protection. For very cold weather, it is recommended to layer warm clothing underneath, such as a fleece or insulated mid-layer.

The jacket is made from 62% Polyester and 38% Recycled Polyester.

Regular washing with a mild detergent (no fabric softener) and occasional re-application of a DWR treatment will help maintain the water-repellent properties.

The durable water repellent (DWR) finish may have worn off. Reapply a suitable DWR treatment according to the product's instructions. Ensure the jacket is clean before re-applying.

This could be due to reduced breathability. Ensure the garment is clean, as dirt and oils can clog the fabric's pores. Avoid using fabric softener during washing. If the issue persists, the DWR treatment might need refreshing.

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper. Gently pull any stray threads away. You can lubricate the zipper track with a bit of wax (e.g., candle wax or a specialized zipper lubricant) and move the slider back and forth.
