Lay the rug flat and place heavy, flat objects on the corners and edges for 24 to 48 hours.
Ensure your vacuum is set to the high-pile or 'shag' setting, and avoid using a powerful beater bar if possible.
Blot immediately with a clean white cloth. Use a mild detergent solution if necessary, but test on an inconspicuous corner first.
When unrolling your new Moodi Shaggy Runner, allow it to settle for 24–48 hours to let any rolling marks from shipping flatten naturally. Since the rug is compatible with underfloor heating, you do not need to worry about heat degradation. To ensure longevity, use a non-slip rug pad beneath the runner to prevent shifting on hardwood or tile floors. For care, vacuum regularly on a gentle setting to remove surface dust. In the event of a spill, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can force dirt deeper into the plush fibers.
