Yes, the Moodi Shaggy Rug is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems.
Yes, it is designed to be pet-friendly, though consistent cleaning is recommended to remove pet hair from the deep pile.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this pushes the liquid deeper into the fibers.
This rug features a 30 mm high pile for a soft and fluffy feel.
While it has a dense finish, an anti-slip underlay is recommended on hard floors to prevent movement.
No, it is not machine washable. Professional cleaning or spot cleaning by hand is recommended.
Place heavy, flat objects on the corners or reverse roll the rug for 24 hours to help the fibers relax.
Gently shake the rug or use a soft-bristled brush to fluff the fibers back into position.
Ensure you are using a suction-only setting. High-powered rotating brushes can become tangled in the 30 mm pile.
When you first unpack your rug, it may require some time for the fibers to settle and the pile to stand upright. We recommend unrolling it in the intended space and allowing it to flatten naturally. For daily care, use a suction-only vacuum cleaner to remove loose dirt; avoid using a beater bar or rotating brush head, as these can damage the shaggy pile fibers. For deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended. This rug is safe for use on all standard indoor floor types and is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems.
