Troubleshooting
Curtain won't hang straight or billows excessively.
Ensure the weighted hem is at the bottom. Check that the lead strip is intact. The weight should help it drape properly.
Water is still splashing out of the tub.
Confirm the curtain is fully extended within the tub area. Ensure the weighted hem is resting on the inside edge of the tub. The extra length should provide sufficient coverage.
Mildew or mould spots appearing.
While mould-proof, regular cleaning is recommended. Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure adequate bathroom ventilation after use to allow the curtain to dry completely.
Hooks are difficult to attach or remove.
Ensure you are using the correct type of shower rod. Clean any residue from the hooks or rod if they feel stiff.
