Troubleshooting
Curtain still billows despite weighted hem.
Ensure the weighted hem is fully submerged in water at the bottom of the tub when the shower is in use. For extreme drafts, consider using curtain weights or clips.
Water is not completely repelled.
Check for any tears or damage to the fabric. Ensure the curtain is hanging correctly and covers the entire shower area. Prolonged exposure to very high pressure water might lead to minor seepage over time.
Mildew spots appearing.
While mould-proof, regular cleaning is still recommended. Machine wash the curtain in cold water with mild detergent and air dry thoroughly. Ensure good bathroom ventilation.
Hooks are difficult to attach or remove.
The stainless steel hooks are designed for durability. Ensure they are aligned correctly with the buttonholes. If stiff, gently flex them. Avoid forcing them to prevent damage to the curtain.
