Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Ensure laces are securely tied to provide a snug fit without being overly tight. The `low-cut asymmetric Flyknit collar` is designed to adapt to your foot's natural shape, providing comfortable support.
- Break-in: While Nike boots are often comfortable from the start, a short break-in period during training sessions can help the `Gripknit` upper and `Flyknit collar` conform perfectly to your foot shape.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically designed with an `AG Pro soleplate`, making them ideal for artificial grass (AG) pitches. Using them on natural grass (FG) or soft ground (SG) may compromise performance, traction, and potentially damage the soleplate or cause injury.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and mud with a soft brush or damp cloth. For tougher grime, gently wipe the `Gripknit` upper with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using a boot bag to protect them during transport.
