The ASICS SUPERBLAST™ 3 trainers are designed for adult runners seeking a versatile shoe for varied training routines, including long runs, speed sessions, and recovery jogs. Its primary benefit is the combination of maximum lightness and exceptional energy return, delivered through advanced foams and a trampoline-inspired design for a natural stride. A potential consideration is that the advanced cushioning may feel different for runners accustomed to firmer shoes. These neutral trainers are ideal for road running and daily training.

This shoe is ideal for adult neutral runners who engage in a variety of training, including long runs, speed work, and recovery runs on roads.
The ASICS SUPERBLAST™ 3 weighs approximately 239 grams.
The heel-to-toe drop is 8 mm.
The shoe features a combination of FF LEAP™ and FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning foams.
While designed for training, their lightweight nature and responsive cushioning make them suitable for some runners for shorter races or time trials where maximum cushioning is desired.
No, the ASICS SUPERBLAST™ 3 is specifically designed for road running and may not provide adequate grip or protection for trail surfaces.
Clean them with a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals. Air dry away from heat.
The advanced foams may require a short break-in period. Try wearing them for shorter runs initially to allow them to adapt to your foot.
Ensure you are using a secure lacing knot. Consider replacing the laces with ones that have better grip if the issue persists.
Verify that the shoe size is correct and that you are using a lacing technique that provides adequate support without causing pressure points. Ensure the shoe is appropriate for your foot type and running gait.
Foams can degrade with extensive use. Consider the mileage the shoes have accumulated and if it's time for a replacement, especially if performance has noticeably decreased.
Setup: The ASICS SUPERBLAST™ 3 requires no specific setup. Simply lace them up and head out for your run. Ensure the laces are tied securely but comfortably to avoid irritation.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed as neutral road running shoes, compatible with most running styles. They are best suited for adult runners and perform optimally on paved surfaces like roads and well-maintained paths.
