The Trespass Kirkbost Padded Waterproof Jacket is designed for adult men who need a reliable, insulated layer for outdoor activities in unpredictable weather. Its key benefit is the combination of thermal padding and a waterproof exterior that keeps you dry and warm in wet, chilly conditions, though users should note that the polyester construction requires proper care to maintain its water-repellent properties over time.

Yes, but use a mild, non-biological detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as these can compromise the waterproof finish.
Yes, the hood is designed as a zip-off feature for added versatility.
The polyester fabric is designed to balance protection and breathability for active outdoor use.
The bonded chest pocket is ideal for keeping small electronics secure and accessible.
It provides good insulation for general cold weather, but for sub-zero temperatures, it is recommended to layer it over a thermal base layer or fleece.
The DWR coating may have worn off. Wash the jacket and re-apply a DWR spray treatment.
Ensure no fabric is trapped in the teeth. If the zip remains difficult to move, clear out any grit and apply a light silicone-based zipper lubricant.
To ensure the longevity of your Kirkbost jacket, follow these guidelines: For setup, ensure all hem and hood toggles are adjusted to your preferred tension before venturing out. For care, wash the jacket on a cool cycle using a technical detergent designed for synthetic fabrics. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage the waterproof coating. If water stops beading on the surface, use a recommended DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray once the garment is clean and dry. Always hang the jacket to air dry in a well-ventilated space, away from direct heat sources.
