The Regatta Montes Lightweight Half-Zip Fleece is a versatile midlayer designed for active women who enjoy hiking, running, and outdoor adventures in fluctuating temperatures. Its primary benefit is the combination of a bulk-free, hardwearing design with a convenient zip-neck for rapid thermal regulation, making it ideal for layering. However, potential buyers should note that as a lightweight garment, it is best suited for mild to cool conditions rather than extreme cold or heavy wind exposure.

No, this is a breathable fleece designed for airflow and insulation. It should be paired with a windbreaker or shell for windy conditions.
Yes, the bulk-free design makes it an ideal midlayer for wearing under most standard waterproof shells.
The fit is true to size for active wear. If you prefer to wear thick base layers underneath, you may want to consider sizing up.
The standard Montes model focuses on a minimal, bulk-free design and typically does not feature side pockets.
The fleece material has a natural level of "give" that moves with your body, providing freedom of motion during hiking or running.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth and gently clean the zip track with a dry cloth.
Wash the garment inside out and avoid mixing with rough fabrics like denim or towels.
This fleece is a "pull-on" style garment requiring no complex setup. It is fully compatible with standard layering systems, performing best when paired with a base layer that wicks moisture away from the skin. For care, it is recommended to machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid using heavy detergents or fabric softeners, as these can impact the breathability and wicking properties of the fleece fibers. Always air dry when possible to maintain the integrity of the fabric finish.
