The Arthouse Wood Slats Grey Wallpaper is designed for homeowners and renters seeking a high-end, contemporary aesthetic without the expense or permanent commitment of real timber panels. This photographic design delivers a realistic wood-slat effect on a dark background, making it an excellent choice for creating a striking feature wall or adding texture to an entire room. While it provides an impressive visual transformation, it requires traditional paste-the-paper application, which may be more labor-intensive than peel-and-stick alternatives for inexperienced DIYers.

This wallpaper is not designed for areas with high humidity or direct water contact, such as a bathroom or kitchen backsplash.
Free match means the pattern does not need to be aligned between strips, which makes hanging much faster and results in less wasted paper.
For the best result, the wall surface should be smooth. Texture may show through the wallpaper and prevent the paste from creating a strong bond.
It can be wiped gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use excessive water or household cleaning chemicals.
A standard, good-quality ready-mixed wallpaper paste for paste-the-paper products is sufficient.
Ensure the edges are butt-joined perfectly without overlapping, and use a seam roller to smooth the edges while the paste is still wet.
Use a soft wallpaper brush to smooth from the center outwards toward the edges immediately after hanging to release trapped air.
Apply a small amount of wallpaper border adhesive to the underside of the edge and press firmly back into place with a clean cloth.
To install this wallpaper, use a high-quality wallpaper paste compatible with standard paper-backed wallcoverings. Apply the paste evenly to the back of the paper, allow it to soak according to the manufacturer's directions, and hang carefully. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the paper; avoid abrasive scrubbing or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the photographic finish. Ensure the room is well-ventilated during the drying process to prevent moisture trapped under the paper.
