Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Putting on your Canterbury Speed Falcon Elite boots is straightforward thanks to the integrated knitted collar, which provides a comfortable and secure entry point. Ensure your foot slides fully into the boot, and the Ortholite® footbed is properly aligned. Lace them up securely, but not so tightly that it restricts circulation, allowing the anatomical fit to conform to your foot.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically engineered for optimal performance on soft or damp natural turf pitches. The stud configuration and sole technology are designed to maximize grip and energy return in these conditions. While they are adult-sized, fit will vary by individual; ensure you select the correct UK foot size.
Care
To ensure the longevity and performance of your boots:
- Clean After Each Use: Remove excess mud and debris using a soft brush. Wipe the synthetic upper with a damp cloth.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use strong detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the VAPOSKIN membrane and synthetic materials.
- Air Dry: Remove the Ortholite® footbeds to air dry separately. Stuff the boots with newspaper or a boot tree to absorb moisture and maintain their shape. Air dry them in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources (like radiators or direct sunlight), which can cause material degradation.
- Inspect Studs: Regularly check the studs for wear and tear. Replace any damaged or worn studs to maintain optimal grip and stability.
