No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity and the Abzorb cushioning. Spot cleaning is recommended.
The New Balance 2000 series generally fits true to standard children's sizing, but it is recommended to measure the child's foot with a Brannock device.
While they are inspired by running shoes, they are primarily designed for casual wear and general activity rather than competitive athletic performance.
Abzorb is a proprietary foam material that disperses impact energy, providing superior cushioning and shock absorption.
Yes, the build provides a balanced level of arch support suitable for growing feet during daily activities.
Double-knot the laces or swap them for higher-friction athletic laces if the issue persists.
Use a light application of leather cleaner or a damp cloth to gently buff out surface-level marks.
Remove the insoles to air out and use a non-toxic athletic shoe deodorizing spray when necessary.
To ensure the longevity of these trainers, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources which can degrade cushioning materials. To clean the upper, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and synthetic panels. For stubborn spots on the midsole, a damp cloth with mild soap is usually sufficient. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or placing them in a washing machine, as this can affect the glue integrity and material shape. Always ensure the laces are tied snugly to prevent heel slip, which can cause premature wear to the interior lining.
