Innov8 Coatings 250 ml Wood & MDF Paint in Hydrangea Green is designed for DIY enthusiasts and professionals seeking a durable, high-quality finish with simplified application. A potential caveat is that optimal adhesion relies on properly prepared surfaces.

No, the Innov8 Coatings Wood & MDF Paint is an all-in-one formulation designed to bond directly to prepared wood and MDF, eliminating the need for separate primers or top coats.
The paint is fast-drying. Recoat times are typically within a couple of hours, but always refer to the product packaging for specific drying times, which can vary based on conditions.
This paint is ideal for doors, frames, trim, furniture, cabinetry, interior and exterior wood surfaces, and MDF.
The paint provides coverage of approximately 4-6 square meters per 250 ml can.
Clean your brushes immediately after use with water.
Yes, it is suitable for exterior wood surfaces, offering durable protection. Ensure the surface is properly prepared and protected from harsh weather conditions.
It provides a smooth, contemporary satin finish.
The paint comes with a 10-year performance guarantee.
Ensure the surface was properly cleaned, degreased, and lightly abraded if necessary. Re-apply after thorough surface preparation.
Apply paint in thin, even coats, using long, smooth strokes. Avoid overworking the paint. Ensure the brush is of good quality and suitable for water-based paints.
Stir paint thoroughly before and during use. Ensure consistent application technique and adequate lighting. For deeper colors or uneven coverage, a third coat might be necessary.
Ensure the paint has been stirred sufficiently. If the environment is very cold, allow the paint to reach room temperature. Thinning is generally not required but if absolutely necessary, use minimal water (less than 5%).
Preparation: For optimal adhesion and finish, ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and old flaking paint. Lightly abrade glossy surfaces and wipe clean. For previously painted surfaces, ensure they are sound.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply using a good quality brush. For best results, apply thin, even coats. Allow sufficient drying time between coats as per manufacturer guidelines.
Compatibility: Suitable for bare or prepared wood and MDF. Not recommended for use on previously varnished or heavily lacquered surfaces without proper preparation.
Care: Clean application tools immediately after use with water. The paint offers a durable finish, but gentle cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended for maintenance. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
