Barbour Arlene Wax Jacket - Blue - L

No, you should never machine wash or dry clean a waxed jacket, as it will destroy the wax coating.

It provides excellent protection against light to moderate rain, but it is not intended to be a technical, fully waterproof rain shell.

It depends on usage. If you notice water no longer beads on the surface, it is time to re-wax.

The Arlene design features a traditional corduroy collar but does not typically include an integrated hood.

The jacket is designed with a relaxed fit, meaning it runs true to size with room for comfortable layering underneath.

This is normal over time; the jacket likely requires a fresh application of Barbour wax dressing.

Simply wipe the area with a cold, damp sponge. Avoid using hot water or harsh soaps as they can strip the wax.

Waxed cotton naturally softens with wear and body heat. Regular use will help the fabric conform to your shape.
