The HOKA Clifton 11 is designed for adult runners and fitness enthusiasts who prioritize a plush, reliable experience for daily training sessions. This model excels by providing effortless transitions through its compression-molded foam midsole, though runners seeking a highly responsive, stiff-soled racing shoe may find the soft cushioning less suited for speed-focused intervals.

The Clifton 11 is built on a standard fit; users with wide feet may want to ensure the lace system is adjusted properly or look for wide-specific HOKA variations.
The Clifton 11 is designed as a road trainer; while it can handle light, maintained paths, it lacks the aggressive lug profile needed for technical trails.
Typically, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The reflective elements improve visibility significantly in low-light conditions, but they should be used in conjunction with other safety gear like headlamps or reflective clothing.
Yes, the insoles are removable to accommodate custom orthotics if required.
Ensure the double-lace lock system is properly threaded and tightened to secure the tongue in place.
Gently use a soft-bristled brush to sweep away dust; for deeper cleaning, spot clean with a damp cloth.
To maximize the lifespan of your HOKA Clifton 11 trainers, ensure you have the correct UK size 7 fit to avoid pressure points. Before your first use, check that the laces are evenly tensioned through the lock system. For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the surface using a mild, soapy water solution; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these methods can break down the foam integrity. Allow the trainers to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
