Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Your Under Armour Project Rock 6 shoes require no special setup. Simply unbox, lace them up, and ensure a comfortable, snug fit. Take a few steps to feel how they conform to your feet.
Compatibility
These training shoes are highly versatile and compatible with a wide range of indoor and outdoor training activities, including:
- Weightlifting (squats, deadlifts, presses)
- Cross-training and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
- Gym workouts and circuit training
- Agility drills and functional fitness
They are less specialized for activities requiring specific sole flexibility or extreme cushioning, such as competitive running or court sports, but will perform adequately in general athletic use.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and performance of your Project Rock 6 training shoes, follow these general care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt and sweat. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage materials.
- Odor Control: Remove insoles to air out after intense workouts. You can also use shoe deodorizers or baking soda to help absorb moisture and odors.
- Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Avoid crushing them or storing heavy items on top.
