This training top is particularly suitable for gym workouts, jogging, and general athletic training where lightweight comfort, ventilation, and sweat-wicking are important.

HeatGear® is Under Armour's signature fabric designed to keep you cool, dry, and light. It's ultra-lightweight, provides excellent coverage, and actively wicks sweat away from the body.

While it provides coverage, the HeatGear® fabric is designed to keep you cool. For cold weather, it's recommended to wear this top as a base layer under warmer garments.

Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or, ideally, hang to air dry. Do not iron or dry clean.

The training top is made from 84% Polyester and 16% Elastane, providing a blend of durability, stretch, and moisture management.

Ensure you are washing the top immediately after use. Use a sports-specific detergent designed to neutralize odors. Consider pre-soaking in a mixture of water and white vinegar (1 cup per gallon) for 30 minutes before washing.

Fabric softeners can build up on synthetic fibers, reducing their wicking ability. Avoid using fabric softener. If buildup is suspected, wash the top with a cup of white vinegar instead of detergent, then run a normal cycle.

Ensure you have the correct size. While designed for a snug, athletic fit to maximize performance, it should not feel uncomfortably tight. Check the size chart and consider if a larger size might be more suitable.
