The Under Armour HeatGear Compression Long-Sleeve T-Shirt is designed for adult male athletes who require a high-performance base layer that balances coverage with lightweight breathability. Its primary benefit is the specialized HeatGear fabric technology which keeps the wearer cool and dry during intense physical activity, though its slim, compressive fit may feel restrictive for those who prefer loose-fitting athletic apparel.

Yes, it is designed as a compression base layer, though it can be worn as a standalone garment during training.
While it provides coverage, it is not explicitly rated as UPF sun-protective clothing.
Tumble dry on low heat only, but air drying is highly recommended to extend the life of the fabric.
The locker tag allows you to write your initials or player number, making it easy to identify your gear in a shared team locker room.
It features a compression fit, which is inherently tight. If you are between sizes or prefer a less snug feel, you might consider sizing up.
Avoid high heat in the dryer and do not use fabric softeners, which can coat the fibers and weaken the compression.
Wash the garment immediately after use and consider using an athletic-specific detergent designed to break down sweat-related bacteria.
To ensure the longevity of your HeatGear compression top, machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets, as these chemicals can degrade the moisture-wicking technology embedded in the synthetic fibers. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the garment's elasticity. When sizing, note that the product is designed as a compression fit; if you prefer a less restrictive feel, you may consider layering or verifying your measurements against the brand's sizing guide.
