Product Information
Full details
The ZENO Folding Step Stool in Grey is designed for anyone needing a stable, portable boost for everyday tasks, from reaching high kitchen shelves to providing a secure step in the bathroom. Its key benefit is its robust yet lightweight construction combined with a space-saving foldable design. A potential caveat is that its 16-inch height might not be sufficient for extremely high reaches, though it excels for most common household needs. This stool is built from high-strength plastic, features a non-slip surface and reinforced base for safety, and folds flat in seconds for easy storage. It also includes a built-in handle for portability.

Troubleshooting
Stool feels unstable or wobbly.
Ensure the stool is fully opened and the legs are securely locked into place on a flat, even surface. Check for any debris on the locking mechanism or feet.
Stool is difficult to fold or unfold.
Ensure there are no obstructions around the hinges or locking mechanisms. Apply slight upward pressure on the handle when folding, and downward pressure on the top surface when unfolding. If stiffness persists, check for debris and wipe down moving parts.
Non-slip surface appears worn.
Clean the surface gently with a damp cloth. Minor wear is normal with extensive use, but significant degradation may indicate the need for replacement.

To deploy, simply lift the handle and pull upwards while pressing down on the top surface; the legs will lock into place. To fold, lift the stool slightly by the handle and press down on the top surface; the legs will disengage, allowing it to collapse flat.
Compatibility: This step stool is designed for use on most indoor and outdoor flat, stable surfaces. Avoid using on uneven or slippery surfaces.
