Troubleshooting
Stool feels wobbly when open.
Ensure the stool is fully unfolded and locked into its open position. Check that it is placed on a completely flat and stable surface. Inspect the reinforced legs for any damage.
Stool is difficult to fold or unfold.
Check for any debris or obstructions preventing the folding mechanism from moving freely. Ensure you are pushing or pulling the sides correctly as per the design. If resistance persists, inspect the hinges for damage.
Anti-slip surface seems less effective.
Clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove any dust, grease, or residue that might be reducing grip. Ensure the surface is completely dry before use.
