This Regatta Kids' Pack-It Jacket III is designed for young adventurers who need reliable protection from the elements. Its key benefit is providing waterproof, breathable comfort that keeps kids dry during rainy-day activities. A potential consideration is its lightweight construction, which might be less insulating in very cold conditions. The jacket is made from advanced Isolite 15000 fabric with taped seams for superior waterproofing, features a grown-on hood, and packs into its own stuff sack for easy portability.

Isolite 15000 refers to Regatta's fabric technology that offers a high level of waterproofing (15000mm rating) and breathability, suitable for wet weather conditions.
The jacket is designed for waterproof protection and is lightweight. For cold winter weather, it is recommended to layer warm clothing underneath, such as fleece or insulated garments.
You can machine wash the jacket at 30°C with a mild liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Avoid using fabric softeners, bleach, or tumble drying.
No, tumble drying is not recommended as it can damage the waterproof and breathable properties of the fabric. Always air dry.
DWR stands for Durable Water Repellent. It's a special coating applied to the outer fabric that makes water bead up and roll off, helping to keep the jacket dry and breathable.
The jacket packs into its own integrated stuff sack, making it compact and easy to carry in a backpack. The exact dimensions of the packed jacket are not specified but are designed for portability.
The jacket features a grown-on hood with elastication around the edge to provide a secure fit and protection from the elements.
The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish may have worn off. Reapply a DWR treatment suitable for waterproof outerwear following the product instructions.
Ensure the jacket is properly zipped and the hood is adjusted to prevent drafts. If the child is very active, some internal condensation is normal due to body moisture, but the breathability should manage it. Check that vents, if present, are not blocked.
Ensure the jacket is completely dry and as flat as possible before attempting to stuff it. Small children might need assistance to pack it neatly.
Setup: This jacket requires no setup; it is ready to wear out of the packaging.
Compatibility: Designed for children, this jacket is compatible with various outdoor activities and weather conditions (rain, wind). It can be layered over other clothing for added warmth.
