FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for swimming?

Yes, they are water-friendly and designed to be worn in and around water.

Can I remove the included Jibbitz charms?

The clogs come with specific themed charms designed to be a part of the series aesthetic.

How do I determine the right size?

These follow standard kids' sizing; it is recommended to measure your child's foot length and compare it to the specific UK size guide.

What should I do if the print starts to fade?

Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges when cleaning, as these can affect the longevity of the printed designs.

Are these machine washable?

It is recommended to hand-wash with mild soap rather than putting them in a washing machine to protect the prints and charms.

Troubleshooting

The shoe feels loose on my child's foot

Rotate the heel strap down behind the ankle to secure the fit.

Build-up of dirt in the ventilation ports

Use a toothpick or a small brush to dislodge debris, then rinse with water.

The shoe has lost its original shape

Avoid high temperatures; keep them away from radiators, dryers, or hot car interiors.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These clogs require no setup out of the box. To maintain their appearance, simply rinse the shoes under cool running water. For more persistent dirt, use a mild soap and a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the exterior prints. Avoid leaving the clogs in extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the material to shrink or deform. Always ensure the heel strap is properly aligned before wear to maintain the support structure.
