The On Cloudleap Trainers are designed for active kids who need reliable, high-performance footwear for daily movement and play. These trainers feature the innovative CloudTec Phase midsole technology, offering responsive cushioning and a exceptionally smooth ride to keep feet comfortable during long hours of activity. While they provide excellent grip and stability, users should note that the elastic lacing system is designed for quick access and may not offer the same micro-adjustability as traditional tie-up laces.

No, it is recommended to hand clean them to protect the structural integrity of the CloudTec foam and elastic components.
The Cloudleap is specifically designed with an elastic system; replacing them may alter the fit and is not recommended by the manufacturer.
The design is standard; however, the mesh upper does provide a degree of natural stretch to accommodate different foot shapes.
Yes, the CloudTec Phase midsole is engineered to provide stable, cushioned support appropriate for active children.
The upper is made from breathable mesh, which is not waterproof, meaning they are best suited for dry conditions.
Check if the laces are tangled within the eyelets and adjust the distribution along the bridge of the foot; if persistent, the fit may not match the foot shape.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt, then gently wipe with lukewarm water and a mild soap; do not scrub aggressively to avoid tearing the mesh.
These trainers are designed as a slip-on style thanks to the elastic lacing system, requiring no initial complex setup. To ensure the shoes last, it is recommended to spot-clean the mesh upper with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the integrity of the foam midsole and the elastic tension. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the materials.
