Troubleshooting
The cushion feels flat or loses shape
Thoroughly plump the cushion by pushing the feathers toward the center and corners to re-distribute the filling.
Feathers escaping through the cover
This is common with natural feather products. Use a small pair of tweezers to carefully pull the feather end back inside the cover and rub the fabric to close the gap.
Stains on the surface
Dab the area gently with a mild detergent and a damp, soft cloth. Do not rub aggressively, as this may damage the quilted texture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The cushion is ready for use immediately upon arrival. For the best visual effect, place it centrally on your sofa or bed. If the cushion appears slightly flattened due to shipping, give it a firm shake and manual plumping to allow air into the feathers.
Compatibility: The yellow shade acts as an excellent accent piece. It pairs beautifully with neutral palettes like grey, beige, or white, as well as contrasting deep blues or forest greens.
Care:
- Plumping: Daily or weekly plumping is essential to prevent feather clumping.
- Cleaning: The cover features a zip closure. Check the care label inside for specific washing instructions, though typically spot cleaning with a damp cloth is preferred for the outer quilted cover.
- Storage: Keep in a dry, cool environment to prevent moisture buildup within the natural feather fill.
