Troubleshooting
The cushion feels flat
Natural feather fillings compress over time; vigorously fluff and plump the cushion to redistribute the feathers and trap air inside.
Feathers poking through the fabric
This is common with natural fills. Gently pull the feather back into the cushion from the outside rather than pulling it out, then rub the fabric to close the gap.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the Haze Cushion is straightforward; simply ensure the cushion cover is pulled taut over the insert if it has shifted during transit. To maintain the life of the cushion, keep it away from direct, harsh sunlight to prevent potential fading of the pink fabric.
Care instructions include regular light shaking to redistribute the duck feathers. While the cover is durable, avoid harsh detergents if spot cleaning is required; a mild, damp cloth is usually sufficient for surface marks. Due to the natural feather content, professional cleaning is recommended if the cushion requires a deep wash to ensure the filling dries thoroughly and retains its bounce.
