How do I clean the fabric?

Is professional installation required?
While it can be a DIY project for experienced individuals, professional installation is recommended to ensure it is securely mounted.
What is the primary function of the semi-cassette?

Ensure the tension settings are properly adjusted according to the assembly manual.
Pros and Cons

- Not intended for use during extreme wind or heavy rain
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires a solid mounting surface, such as a concrete wall or sturdy timber frame. Due to the weight and potential wind load, it is recommended to have two people assist with the mounting process.
- Compatibility: Ensure your wall is structurally sound to support the brackets provided.
- Electrical: Ensure there is a safe, weatherproof power outlet available near the installation site for the electric motor.
- Care: Keep the fabric clean by periodically brushing off loose dirt. If the fabric gets wet, retract it only once it has dried to prevent mold or mildew growth. Regularly inspect the hardware for any loose bolts or signs of wear.
