The UGG Lowmel Trainers are not designed to be waterproof. The suede and mesh materials can be susceptible to water damage. We recommend using a protective spray designed for suede and textiles if you anticipate light moisture exposure.

The plaid material is typically integrated with the textile or suede. For general cleaning, a soft, damp cloth can be used for surface dirt. Avoid excessive scrubbing or harsh cleaning agents, especially if the plaid is on a suede base.

Due to the UGGplush™ lining designed for warmth, these trainers are generally best suited for cooler climates and seasons like autumn and winter. They may feel too warm in hot weather.

The uppers are made of mesh and canvas with suede accents. The lining is a blend of polyester, wool, and lyocell (UGGplush™), and the soles are EVA.

UGG trainers typically run true to size. We recommend ordering your usual shoe size. If you are between sizes or prefer a bit more room, consider trying the next size up, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks.

The UGG Lowmel Trainers are designed for casual wear and comfort, not for high-impact sports or running. Their chunky design provides style and support for everyday activities.

Before first wear, apply a good quality suede protector spray according to the product's instructions. Regularly reapply the spray, especially after cleaning or exposure to moisture.

Gently brush with a suede brush to remove loose dirt. For stubborn stains, use a suede-specific cleaner following product directions. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive wetting.

The UGGplush™ lining is designed for warmth. Consider wearing thinner socks, or reserve these trainers for cooler temperatures. They are not ideal for very hot climates.

Wear them regularly for short periods. The materials, especially the suede and lining, will soften and conform to your feet with continued wear, improving comfort.

Wipe the EVA soles with a damp cloth and mild soap. For persistent scuffs, a magic eraser can often be effective, but test in an inconspicuous area first.
