The Under Armour Charged Rogue 4 is designed for adult female runners and gym-goers who prioritize a balance of breathability and responsive cushioning in their footwear. These trainers excel at providing long-lasting comfort through a specialized sockliner and midsole technology, making them ideal for both daily cardio and casual gym sessions. While they offer excellent versatility for standard training, potential users should be aware that the regular fit design is tailored for standard foot shapes and may not accommodate specialized orthotics without adjustment.

The Charged Rogue 4 follows a regular fit standard. Those with wide feet may find them too snug and should consider trying a half-size up or looking for wide-width specific alternatives.
Yes, the Charged Cushioning is designed for comfort and impact absorption, making them suitable for daily runs, though individual preference for arch support may vary.
These shoes follow standard UK sizing. We recommend selecting your usual athletic shoe size.
We recommend against machine washing to preserve the life of the cushioning and structural adhesives. Spot cleaning is the safest method.
The midsole uses Charged Cushioning, and the outsole is composed of a durable rubber and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) blend.
Use a double knot or consider using a 'runner's loop' lacing technique to increase lockdown security.
Ensure the laces are not tied too tightly across the top of the foot; adjust the tension to allow for natural foot swelling during exercise.
Use a soft-bristled shoe brush or a dry cloth to gently wipe the upper after each use.
These trainers feature a standard regular fit and utilize traditional tie laces to allow for a custom, secure lockdown. To maintain the integrity of the materials, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean the textile upper with a mild detergent and a soft brush. Ensure the shoes are air-dried away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the EVA and rubber components. For optimal hygiene, you may occasionally remove the sockliner and let it air out separately after heavy use.
