The Under Armour Charged Surge 4 is a versatile trainer designed for active adults who prioritize all-day comfort and reliable support during daily activities. It features a breathable mesh upper and advanced cushioning technology, making it an excellent choice for light workouts or casual wear. While the shoe offers exceptional step-in comfort, users should note that it is optimized primarily for everyday movement rather than high-intensity, long-distance performance running.

They are ideal for light workouts and short jogs, but they are primarily designed as trainers for comfort and daily movement.
Yes, the Deluxe Comfort System sockliner is removable if you need to replace it with custom orthotics.
The Surge 4 generally fits true to size, but the mesh construction provides a flexible fit for most foot shapes.
A magic eraser sponge or a mixture of baking soda and water works well on the rubber outsole to restore its appearance.
The mesh upper allows for some expansion, but because of the synthetic overlays, users with very wide feet may prefer to try a half-size up.
Remove the liner, ensure no debris is in the footbed, and press it firmly back into place; consider adding a small piece of double-sided tape if movement persists.
Allow mud to dry completely and use a soft-bristled brush to gently knock the debris out of the mesh weave.
To ensure your Surge 4 trainers last, keep them away from harsh cleaning chemicals. Spot clean the mesh upper using a soft cloth, mild soap, and cold water. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the structure of the overlays and the density of the sockliner. For optimal longevity, remove the sockliner occasionally to allow it to air out independently. When storing, keep the shoes in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the midsole foam from drying out or losing its responsiveness.
