FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is generally recommended to hand-clean the shoes using a damp cloth and mild detergent. Machine washing can compromise the adhesives and cushioning properties of the shoe.
Are the laces adjustable?
Yes, the Tensaur Run 4.0 uses a traditional lace-up closure, allowing you to customize the tightness to the user's foot shape.
Can these be used for long-distance running?
These are designed as general-purpose trainers for kids' daily activities and sports, not for specialized distance racing.
Do they provide arch support?
The shoes feature a cushioned EAVA sole that offers a supportive, neutral base suitable for standard childhood activity levels.
Is the material waterproof?
No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability, meaning it will absorb water if exposed to rain or puddles.
Troubleshooting
Laces constantly coming untied
Double-knot the laces or replace them with higher-friction athletic laces if the issue persists.
Material shows surface dirt
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dried mud from the mesh, then wipe with a damp cloth.
Foot slipping inside the shoe
Adjust the laces from the bottom eyelets upward to ensure an even, secure fit across the entire midfoot.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Tensaur Run 4.0 trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure the child is wearing appropriate socks. Lace the shoes snugly but avoid overtightening to maintain healthy circulation.
- Cleaning: Spot clean the mesh upper with a mild soap and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the EAVA outsole material.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators, to prevent the material from warping or stiffening.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the breathability of the polyester fibers.
