Troubleshooting

Screen appears dim or dull

Check if 'Energy Saving Mode' is enabled in the settings and set the picture mode to 'Standard' or 'Dynamic' to restore brightness.

Gaming input feels laggy

Wi-Fi connection drops

Verify your router distance or use a wired Ethernet connection for the best performance with 4K streaming apps.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Massive 85-inch screen ideal for cinematic immersion
High native 165Hz refresh rate for fluid gaming
Excellent brightness levels reaching 3000 cd/m²
Advanced AI-driven picture and audio optimization
Broad HDR support including Dolby Vision IQ

Cons

Very large physical footprint requires careful space planning
Requires professional or two-person installation due to weight
Some users may find the VIDAA operating system more limited compared to generic Android-based TVs

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For the best results, use a VESA-compatible wall mount rated for the 85-inch display's weight (600 x 400 mm pattern). Ensure that your HDMI cables are rated for 'Ultra High Speed' to support the 165Hz 4K signal. The TV uses the VIDAA operating system; connect via Ethernet for the most stable streaming performance, or use the 5.4 Bluetooth version for wireless headphones or soundbars. To clean the screen, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth; avoid glass cleaners or chemicals which can strip the anti-reflection coating.
