Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your Hisense E7S PRO, ensure you have a sturdy wall mount or a stable stand rated for a 65-inch display. Connect your devices using high-speed HDMI cables to ensure full 4K at 144 Hz bandwidth capacity. During the initial setup, connect the TV to your 5GHz WiFi network for the fastest streaming performance within the VIDAA platform. For care, gently clean the screen with a dry, microfiber cloth; avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive sprays, as these can strip the anti-reflective coating from the display panel. Periodically check for software updates within the system menu to ensure the latest AI optimizations and security patches are installed.
